Handmade in English Silver Pewter

This Waelcyrge design was hand sculpted,a mould was made then a cast taken.

The material is high quality English silver pewter.

Size: Length 3" ( 7.5 cms) x 1.75" width ( 4.5 cms)

It is suspended on a strong, black,waxed cord.

Waelcyrge watch and wait at carrion's bloody bench

Sharp sword and spearplay slash and stab the hard-hewed hero

Arrow storms sting the skin and bite the brave man's bone

The warrior's wyrd calls him to the corpse hall

Woden's handmaidens bear his body over Bifrost Bridge

To take his seat at Waelhal's feasting bench

Where boasts boom out and the brave may live forever

Fantasy Artwork by Mark Taylor

Mark Taylor went to Ravenswood School in Kent with, amongst others, David Bowie and Peter Frampton.

He enjoyed his time in the very first specialised school-based art form from where he progressed to study fine art at Croydon College Of Art.

His paintings have been internationally exhibited and featured on BBC programmes such as Country Tracks and The One Show.He has recently had his work displayed in a feature article in 'Pagan Dawn' magazine.
